I could be wrong but I don’t think it’s an option thing but more of a trim thing. I thought I remember seeing a video where the key fob function is only on the higher trim trucks.
My BIL’s Custom does not have the option and I haven’t tried it on mine yet since I just got the windows tinted and couldn’t roll them down for a few days.
