I’m giving this till the end of September if no change in status I will go and order a Ford, I have to say I have had four Fords and they were very good trucks. I have rented a F 150 two time during the summer, while waiting for mine, and I actually like the truck, I went with a GMC for a change, It appears I may have made the wrong choice as far as Customer service and updates are concerned. I am still getting emails and ads from GM every time I take the time to contact them. The offers for a GM credit card are inundating my Email box. It’s like they have no Idea whats going on. Good luck to anyone in the same situation as I am in. My truck is going to be a left over IF and I mean If it arrives, Funny you can’t get passed the lowest GM reps for answers and my dealer says they get no answers from the people they need to talk too. Just absolutely sickening how I have been treated.. I went to order a Tundra, but the dealer in Newton NJ is charging a an $8,000. Dealer upcharge… That was a few weeks ago when I really lost hope..
