I am not surprised by the misinformation and garbage these agents spew. While waiting for my truck to be built I was told by “a live agent” that my truck had been built and was awaiting transportation when in reality he claimed it was built in Flint which I knew was bs. My truck is a 1500 LTZ and Flint doesn’t build 1500’s. A few weeks later my truck actually got built in Ft. Wayne and all went smooth from there on. But whatever you do, DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT THESE LIVE AGENTS TELL YOU. You can chat with three in the same day and get a different answer every time. I continued to get weekly emails from them for no less than SIX weeks after I took delivery telling me my truck was awaiting transportation. My dealer finally contacted someone and got the emails to stop, I thought it was actually entertaining as to how incompetent they really are.
