I ordered a 2022 refresh – AT4 with the 3.0l Duramax and was told the truck was completed with VIN assigned on 4/11. Dealer had me come in once the VIN number was assigned and sign the contract shortly after. I was told at the time it would take between 3-6 weeks for the truck to be delivered.
Obviously well past the 3-6 week mark now and can’t seem to get any updates. All I am told is “Pending Dispatch”. Apparently the truck as sat at the factory for 2+ months waiting to be shipped? I’m told my truck is assigned to a logistics company but no ETA at this point.
Very frustrating times
