PS – Spray In Bed liner installer would not be considered an upfitter, they do what the plant can’t off-site at their facility specifically for servicing he plant. Another would be a off-site vendor who installs stripes on Camaro’s.
An upfitter would be like a place that installs a utility box, ambulance package; modifies the vehicle etc.
