What I don’t understand is your reference to an “NF” Vin and an “N1” Vin an how that relates to where it is manufactured?
Earlier you referred to the 7th & 8th digit of the VIN. Those digits refer to restraints and engine type, nothing to do with location.
I suspect the digits you are referring to are to do with the gas vs diesel engine which could could effect delivery times due to various production issues.
