Going back to your original post. There is no plant “I” building 2500 trucks.
All 2500’s are being built in Flint, plant ‘F” and 1500’s are being built in Mexico.
And yes there are a lot of trucks sitting in lots at Flint waiting for delivery and yes it is very frustrating to have to wait with very little information from GM on production and delivery times. I imagine there are times when a truck gets lost in the shuffle.
I hope yours’s wasn’t one of them but I doubt that contacting GM management is going to be very productive.
