Interesting question.I think this is not a bad idea. I now have a problem with the Duramax engine, and more specifically with the fuel system.I decided to check the fuel filter with a pressure gauge. To do this, take a pressure gauge, connect it to the fitting located on the fuel injector. Start the engine. Measure the pressure of the combustible mixture. If the value is lower than the parameter specified by the manufacturer, then the filter does not work correctly. So it was on my Dodge.
