Suggest taking a video of the issue w/ your phone, so you have it on record, then show that to the dealer and ask if they can share it w/ GM’s technical folks…I had an infotainment issue on my 13 Suburban, showed the video to the dealer, ultimately the dealer replaced the head unit and I have not had any more problems in the 9 years I have owned it.
