I have the same issue, Silverado was in transit with ETA of 15 OCT, they pressured me to send in all the paperwork, ready to go, (I was coming from 4 hours away). But then it didn’t arrive. They cashed my loan anyway and even titled the truck! But to this date they’re still telling me there is no info on it’s arrival. Chevrolet customer service told me they don’t have any info but just continue waiting. I’ve already made a payment… So frustrated
