I have a 2016 XTS and the wireless charger in my vehicle does charge my newer Galaxy S20 Ultra. I had heard there was some sort of update where you had to pay roughly around $200 for new hardware but I have not found it necessary yet. It is a shame but a lot dealers are unaware of updates like this. Since this would be considered new technology, your CPO warranty would not cover that since it is probably working as designed but just may not work on the newer technology. What I would do is look through messages on this other forum. There are literally thousands of posts to look through which thankfully does include a search feature to narrow down your search & if you do not find anything, I would post about it & someone will definitely respond. There are so many knowledgeable people there.
