After eight days dealer’s service tech did contact someone from technical service support, who finally convinced him to replace the radar module. There was also loose positioning device. It took three days to get the part from Lansing to Warren via Cincinnati. I tried it out on a road trip today and everything worked.
I did notify the owner of the dealership after four days and have yet to get an acknowledgement or an apology., and I am still waiting for an apology for the two month delay in getting my vehicle. Apparently he does not care about customers or my future business.
