Yeah same issue here, I work for the dealer too… I ordered my 2021 Silverado 3500 High Country Dually back on April 25th as no one would DX one to us being the greedy people are. Mine due to constraints couldn’t go through until July and then became a 2022 model as they stopped producing the 2021. Mine was produced 8/9 and put on hold 8/20 and been waiting since. Really sucks and GM reps are not giving any information out other than its due to a semiconductor shortage. All eyes on Malaysia as that is where we get our chips and the more shutdowns they have the more screwed we are
