Hey @DMurf – I don’t see a reason why the OnStar FMV mirror won’t work on your Volvo. I believe that the only requirement for it to work is a “modern” electrical current, which your Volvo obviously has.
I’d call OnStar to double-check though, just in case: 1 888 4 ONSTAR (1888 466 7827)
That said, the FMV seems to have been discontinued sometime in 2013… so you’ll be buying a product that’s no longer in production:
