I would suggest looking into the lemon laws in your state. Be sure to protect yourself as there is usually a max number of days and / or # of attempts to fix a specific issue before it becomes a lemon. Then under most lemon laws they have to buy back at purchase price. There are many times requirements for it to apply, so check it out. Just something to keep it in your favor.
