UPDATE TO ORIGINAL POST:
My Titan tank went in without any issues whatsoever. I did find out from the shop that there was no way of just re-flashing the ECM to accommodate the new gallon size of the tank. So now as time goes on I’ll see just how accurate the fuel gauge is and if that’s still somewhat accurate I’m good with that, or else I’ll just be using old school math based on the trucks fuel economy and miles driven.
All in all I’m very happy with the new tank!
