Thank you so much for responding. Below I’ve tried to explain how I believe Genuine Chevrolet Accessories are distributed/sold in Korea, including links to each page so you can see for yourself.
As far as I can tell, official/genuine GM accessories are distributed differently in Korea than in the USA. It appears that back 2010 they chose a distributor to manage the sales of Genuine GM Accessories:

If you go to Chevrolet’s official website in Korea, you can see the links they provide for accessories depending on type of accessory. As you can see below there is a link directly to the “Korea Spoiler” website to purchase genuine Chevrolet accessories:

When you get to http://www.spoiler.co.kr, you can see all of the GM accessories with official GM/Chevrolet badging, etc. So I believe that this is in fact the website used in Korea to purchase Genuine GM Accessories—based on the info provided above and the fact that many of these accessories are the same GM Accessories in the USA. When you filter on the 2021 Trailblazer you find the following listed for cross bars:
Clicking on the detail you find the following information regarding the part—including an engineer’s name—with the part number itself for the cross bars (42769714):
