Hi – I took my Yukon to the GMC dealer last week and shared the link above. They confirmed the noise on a road test and indicated there was a GM Bulletin #19-NA-137 addressing it as described in the link (parking break cables rubbing against each other) – dealer applied PTE to the cables as described. It seemed to have done the trick for me! Good luck
