Thats pretty interesting.
I was leaning toward maybe the wiper blades need adjustment but maybe it’s the fluid being slow?
What i mean is when you turn on the wipers do you hear the fluid motor turn on right away like most cars or is there a delay?
Also check the lines to make sure they are free of any kinks from when the windshield was replaced you may need to take off the cowl 🙁 some of those places unfortunately don’t seat the cowl back properly could be a line that’s kinked.
