good luck, I ordered my 3500 on July 29th. Last I heard I had a target production date of October 14th, and there is still no information on it. Customer service has no idea where it is or when it will be produced, Dealership has no idea on when it will be produced. Chevy Customer service and the online chat tell me to contact the dealership. Just one big back and fourth. The Forum here has been dead as far as order tracking.
