I have the exact same issue as kitten56 and I have done everything they have done except for taking it into the shop. Samsung sent me to BestBuy who recommended that I reset the phone back to factory settings which I did, but I still have the same issue. AT&T couldn’t help either. I have a 2019 GMC Terrain and I have not been able to use the Bluetooth feature since January 31, 2019. I chatted with General Motors and they told me they were aware of the problem and a fix was coming. Now that two months have passed, I am beginning to wonder.
