That’s who I spoke with and they communicated directly with my dealer to make sure the problem was fixed and once they got involved my truck got the new valve body and a new transmission update and haven’t had any problems since.
In some cases they replace transmissions for people but they have to go through their step so I would start there for all of you who have issues
