However, we can’t find any order numbers that match either one of the two numbers you mentioned. So my questions are as follows:
1. Is this a U.S. order? If so…
2. Could you double check the order number with your dealer?
If this is not a US order, I regret to inform you that our system currently has no way of tracking these orders… although it is something we are working on.
