I also own a 2016 GMC SIERRA and the dang truck has the same issue at about 20 to 30 miles per hour when I’m in stop and go traffic.
Sometimes it makes a terrible clunk sound as if the drive shafts is falling off.
I also called GMC dealership and they told me the same thing that my truck needs to learn my driving habits.
Too bad because we really like this truck.
