Hi.. hard time accessing this site. Had to create new user and use smartphone browser. Weird.
Anyway…. I was told today by gm canada that dealer has parts. If the case, they are long overdue, but did resolve. That is nice.
One does worry about their understanging of issue. Was not till I had lawyer write them a nice letter did they start to take it more serious.
Where was their QA during development of the car – or production.
They are calling the fix an enhancement! Grown up adults sat in a room and thought that sounded better than “sorry, our bad, we will look after you better in future”
