There hasn’t been a reply to ANY post on this thread by a GM representative since May 16, 2017 – 21 days ago. It’s a bit disingenuous to post “this thread will automatically update when a change in status occurs” when that is absolutely not true. You cannot represent to us that there hasn’t been a change in status in ANY of the last 58 members orders in the last 21 days. I would prefer that you NOT offer order tracking service than offer it and not provide updates. This reflects very poorly on GM customer service. To say the least, I am disappointed.
