@abh0714 Vehicle tracking by GM Authority is currently in beta, so we are still working out the processes and bugs.
Generally speaking, one should expect:
1. A reply with an update within 24 hours of posting
2. An update whenever there is a change in the status of an existing order
That is generally speaking… so there might be exceptions to this.
