I’ve never found the Chat to work for tracking my order. The just tell me to contact my dealer. Frustrating! I actually find out more on the internet than what my dealer knows. Chevy used to have a list of specialists for the different models of vehicles, which I found very helpful. I can’t find that anymore. They must have done away with that feature. I just ordered a 2018 Chevy Equinox 2.0L Turbo and would like to track it. That is part of the fun of ordering a new vehicle.
