Ok here is the latest from a very disgruntled customer, yesterday a check on the order number through GM chat indicated the truck had been shipped. I contacted my dealer and they knew nothing and did not have an invoice, later in the afternoon I received an email from GM chat saying “Congratulations your vehicle has been built. Sadly it has not been shipped”. No reason given, end of message.
Dealer says he will call me as soon as he locates invoice….no calls. Today GM chat again indicates vehicle built ” awaiting shipment”, again no idea of an ETA here or even when it will leave the plant.
I have an important trip coming up on the 20th that requires the vehicle, with friends flying in to travel with me. Sure would be nice to know I will have something to transport them in.
End of rant ( for today).
