Yeah, unfortunately, there won’t be any more Avalanches — at least not for this generation of the K2XX platform Silverado/Tahoe/Suburban.
The only possibility is that the T1XX program (next-gen full-size trucks and SUVs) will have a variant of the Suburban in the form of the Avalanche… but I wouldn’t hold my breath.
I’m disheartened by this as well, but the decision makes sense given how few Avalanches GM sold during the lifespan of the nameplate.
