@EODtech Sounds like a complete mess. I think you’re well within your right of being quite dissatisfied with the whole situation, especially for having purchased a top-of-the-line truck.

Some questions I’d ask first before seeking legal advice:

1. What was the reason for the DMA denying the buy-back claim?
2. What is the “substitute part” that they are planning to install?
