@BrianM1616 I feel your pain in this. What you’re describing doesn’t happen that often, but it does happen. I think that the problem is two-fold:
1. The push for the Duramax Diesel to be in more Crew Cabs, and
2. The transition to the 2017 GMC Sierra HD, which will have various updates (as outlined at the following link):

At the end of the day, your dealer needs to discuss this situation with their GM rep (Buick-GMC District Sales Manager) and get it figured out for you. Do you know if that’s something they have tried already?
