I own a ’15 silverado and it has about 25,000 on it and still notice those same issues. Low rpm acceleration it shifts to higher gears to soon causing truck to shutter/shake. Then one day I had to slam brakes hard to stop and when I accelerated again, it had never shifted all the way down to first. Sounded like it was in neutral for a minute..of course dealer couldn’t replicate any of it!!!
