Same problem here. Brand new 2016 Chevy Colorado Z71. It recognized the new iPod Nano (only a few months old) for the first week, then stopped recognizing it today. Very annoying. I’ve tried multiple cables from multiple manufacturers (including Apple) to no avail. It does still charge the device, but does not provide connectivity.
Only thing I can report is that the device was playing when I shut off the vehicle, and it hasn’t worked since. I thought I was testing to see if it paused play when the vehicle was off… C’mon, GM. I paid a pretty penny for this vehicle, can’t you make such a simple detail work correctly?
