1. Unpair your device from IntelliLink (this is done in the IntelliLink system)
2. Remove the IntelliLink system from the paired/saved/my Bluetooth devices on your device
3. Repair the two and all should be fine
@HisMajestyDavid your issue sounds more like a USB issue. My recommendations would be:
1. Try a new USB cable (preferable one from Apple if you are using an Apple device)
2. If #1 doesn’t work, try resetting your IntelliLink system from the Settings menu
