tboyreid, your suggestion did not fix the problem. The issue is not with the ipod device but with the GM interface. Because there is not a critical mass of complaints, GM is not making this a priority to fix this. I STRONGLY suggestion that everyone who has this issue reach out directly to GM and reference this thread to get some traction on a resolution.
