@Berwarp Hi there and welcome to the forum. Unfortunately, what you’re encountering is a big issue with GM. In a nutshell, what ends up happening is after a vehicle is built, it can “sit” for a while without being shipped, or after it has been shipped, it can be held for quality control or at a shipping yard somewhere.
Here’s my advice:
1. Ask your dealer.
2. If the dealer does not know or can’t find out, have them reach out to their sales rep(s) at Chevrolet. Sometimes the GM/Chevrolet corporate sales reps can help in expediting the delivery.
3. Though GM does ot provide an automated way to track vehicles for those who have ordered them, it does provide the functionality via the chat feature on the Chevrolet.com website. Go to Chevrolet.com for that.
Anyone else have any additional advice?
PS: congratulations are in order for ordering an awesome vehicle!
