@PontiacPerformance1964: I like your idea. I’ve had five GTOs, a Firebird Formula 400, and two Trans Ams. I currently own one of those two Trans Ams. I’d be all for Pontiac returning as a sub-brand of Chevy. Better THAT than no Pontiac at all. Indeed, seeing that Pontiac was #3 at GM when it was shut down, it should NOT be left dead. Pontiac has a large following, and I think GM should seriously consider reviving it in some way, such as a sub-brand of Chevy, as you suggest.
