2019 GMC Terrain Changes, Updates, New Features

Following are the changes, updates and new features for the 2019 GMC Terrain:

• Exterior:
  • Deletion of Mineral Metallic exterior color (deleted mid-2018 model year)
  • Addition of Smokey Quartz Metallic
  • Deletion of LPO/accessory-level Black Accent Package
  • Replacement of SLT Chrome Accent Package with Bright Accent Package
• Technology:
  • Addition of various in-vehicle technology features, including:
    • Full-speed Adaptive Cruise Control with Stop/Go
    • Front Pedestrian Braking
    • HD Rear Vision Camera (replaces Rear Vision Camera)
    • HD Surround Vision (replaces Surround Vision)
• Packages:
  • Infotainment Package I now includes the new HD Rear Vision Camera (replaces Rear Vision Camera)
  • Driver Alert Package II now includes the new Adaptive Cruise Control and Front Pedestrian Braking
  • Advanced Safety Package now includes HD Surround Vision (replaces Surround Vision)
  • Comfort Package no longer includes Wireless Charging, which is now standard on Denali trim
  • 4.2-inch multi-color driver information screen is now standard on SLE and SLE Diesel (was part of Infotainment Package I in 2018 Terrain)
  • 4.2-inch multi-color driver information screen includes audio, phone and navigation capability on SLE when Infotainment Package I is ordered; standard on SLT and Denali
  • Rear Vision Camera is no longer available on SLT and Denali (replaced by HD Rear Vision Camera)
  • Wireless Charging is now standard on Denali (was part of Comfort Package on 2018 Terrain)
  • Cargo Package no longer includes integrated cargo liner
  • Three-bar grille with Black surround and Charcoal insert (LPO item) is no longer available as a Free Flow option (now part of Dark Accent Package)
  • Addition of Chrome Package on SLT (4sA) trim level (non-diesel model), which includes:
    • 19″ machined aluminum wheels with Gray painted accents
    • Unique chrome grille with chrome surround
    • Chrome mirror caps
    • Body-color door handles with chrome surround
    • Bright side rails
  • Addition of Dark Accent Package on SLT trim levels (4SA/4SB), which includes:
    • Three-bar grille with Black surround and Charcoal insert
    • Black painted mirror caps
    • Black rear license plate applique
    • Front and rear Black fascia inserts
  • Addition of Interior Enhancement Package on SLE (3SA/3SB) SLT trims (4SA/4SB), which includes:
    • Premium carpeted floor mats
    • Embroidered front row headrests
  • Addition of Terrain Black Edition as option on SLE (3SA) and SLT (4SA) trims:
    • 19-inch gloss black aluminum wheels
    • Black GMC center caps with black GMC lettering
    • Darkened grille insert and black surround
    • Black mirror caps, roof rails and additional exterior accents
    • Black exterior model and trim badging
    • Offered in five exterior colors:
      • Ebony Twilight Metallic
      • Summit White
      • Graphite Gray Metallic
      • Satin Steel Metallic
      • Sedona Metallic
