The 2019 Sierra HD receives a few updates and changes for the third-generation pickup truck’s final year of production. As such, the subsequent 2020 Sierra HD pickup truck represents an entirely new model with a redesigned exterior and interior, new powertrain options, as well as one of GM’s latest chassis architectures – the T1 platform.

Model Line
- Deletion of 2WD Regular Cab configuration (TC25903)
- Deletion of Double Cab configuration (TC25753)
- 4WD Regular Cab now available on base (1SA) models
Exterior
- Addition of Ebony Twilight Metallic exterior color option
