Production
Production of the 2025 GMC Savana began on October 17th 2024. The GM Wentzville Plant in Missouri, USA produces all Savana variants, while the Navistar Plant in Springfield, Ohio produces the Savana Cutaway.

The 2025 Savana continues being offered in three seating configurations, seating either two, twelve, or fifteen passengers.
- Two-passenger configuration: available only on the Cargo and Cutaway models, this setup features front bucket seats, providing seating for two.
- 12-passenger configuration: available only on the Passenger model, this setup features front bucket seats (providing seating for two), along with a bench seat in the second and third rows (seating three) plus a 50/50 split bench seat in the fourth row (seating four), resulting in a 2-3-3-4 seating configuration.
- 15-passenger configuration: available only on the Passenger model, this setup features front bucket seats (providing seating for two), along with a bench seat in the second, third, and fourth row (seating three) and a 50/50 split bench seat in the fifth row (seating four), resulting in a 2-3-3-3-4 seating configuration.
Beyond 2025
We expect the current, first-generation Savana to remain in production through at least the 2026 model year, after which point it’s expected to receive a redesign.
