The GM BEV Prime platform is an upcoming global General Motors vehicle architecture that will underpin a series of premium electric vehicles (EVs).
Overview
Although very little is currently known about the GM BEV Prime platform, GM Authority sources indicate that it will be a “more premium” version of the bread-and-butter GM BEV3 platform by utilizing more advanced construction methods. The platform will also be able to fit more GM Ultium battery cell modules for longer electric driving range, as well as a higher quantity of Ultium motors for more power, torque, as well as higher levels of performance and refinement.
