OnStar Remote Door Unlock

Remote Door Unlock is an OnStar feature to remotely unlock the doors of an automobile.

OnStar Remote Door Unlock can be invoked in the following two ways:

  1. By calling OnStar at 1-888-4-ONSTAR and speaking with an advisor, or
  2. By using an app such as OnStar RemoteLink, myChevrolet, myBuick, myGMC, or myCadillac, as appropriate

Both operations require the subscriber’s four-digit OnStar PIN.
