Emergency Services is an OnStar feature developed to help during emergencies.
When a user pushes the red emergency button, the call is routed via a priority connection to an OnStar Advisor who can direct emergency services to the exact location of the vehicle from where the call originated and offer critical assistance until help arrives.
How to Access Emergency Services
- Press Your Vehicle’s Red Emergency Button and:
- Get a priority connection to trained Emergency Advisors
- Request police, fire or medical help
- Report an accident
- Request help for others on the road
- Call OnStar by phone at 1-888-4-ONSTAR and:
- Reach an Advisor in an emergency
