Automatic Crash Response is an OnStar service developed to provide assistance during a crash.
When built-in sensors determine that a crash has occurred, OnStar Automatic Crash Response can automatically alert an OnStar Advisor and predict the severity of injuries. An OnStar Advisor is immediately connected into the vehicle to see if the driver and passengers need help, even if they can’t ask for it.
