The 2025 Chevrolet Trax receives a handful of changes for the second model year of the subcompact crossover’s second generation.
These changes follow the 2024 Trax, which introduced the model’s second generation overhaul (redesign and reengineering).

- Blue Glow Metallic (GGK)
- Fountain Blue (GLN)

Availability Changes
- Crimson Metallic exterior color (GFM) is no longer available with Jet Black interior with Artemis accents
- Cacti Green exterior color (GVR) is no longer available with red interior accents
Mechanical
- Ecotec 1.2L Turbo engine gains E85 compatibility
- For 2024 model year, 1.2L Turbo engine was not E85 compatible and was assigned RPO code LIH
- For 2025 model year, 1.2L Turbo engine is E85 compatible and is assigned RPO code LBP
- Horsepower and torque number remain the same at 137 horsepower and 132 pound-feet of torque
- E85 capability is standard, since the Turbo 1.2L engine is standard across all trims
