2025 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 HD Updates, Changes, New Features

The 2025 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 HD receives minor changes for the sixth model year of the heavy duty pickup’s fourth generation.

These changes followed the 2020 Silverado 3500 HD, which received a complete overhaul (re-engineering and redesign) to introduce the fourth-gen Silverado HD, followed by a mid-cycle refresh for the 2024 Silverado 3500 HD.

As a reminder, the 2025 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 HD is offered as a full-size heavy duty pickup in either Single Dual Rear Wheel or Dual Rear Wheel configurations across the following trim levels and configurations:

The Silverado 3500 HD dual rear wheel (dually) model is also offered as a Chassis Cab (with no bed), across WT and LT trims, resulting in the following additional configurations:
