Production
Production of the 2025 Chevrolet Express should begin mid-2024. The GM Wentzville Plant in Missouri, USA produces all Express variants, while the Navistar Plant in Springfield, Ohio produces the Express Cutaway.
Platform
Like all units of the first generation Express, the 2025 Chevrolet Express continues to ride on the GM GMT 610 platform shared with the GMC Savana.

The 2025 Express is expected to continue being offered in three seating configurations, seating either two, twelve, or fifteen passengers.
- Two-passenger configuration: available only on the Cargo and Cutaway models, this setup features front bucket seats, providing seating for two.
- 12-passenger configuration: available only on the Passenger model, this setup features front bucket seats (providing seating for two), along with a bench seat in the second and third rows (seating three) plus a 50/50 split bench seat in the fourth row (seating four), resulting in a 2-3-3-4 seating configuration.
