2025 Chevrolet Corvette E-Ray Updates, Changes, New Features

The 2025 Chevrolet Corvette E-Ray receives a variety of minor changes for the second model year of the C8 E-Ray.

These changes follow the 2024 E-Ray, which was the E-Ray’s introductory year.

Model Line

No changes

The 2025 Corvette E-Ray continues to be offered as both a Coupe (with a manually-removable roof panel) and a hard-top Convertible across the following trim leve:

Exterior

Deletion of seven 2024 E-Ray exterior colors:
- Ceramic Matrix Gray Metallic (G9F)
- Hypersonic Gray Metallic (GA7)
- Amplify Orange Tintcoat (GC5)
- Accelerate Yellow Metallic (GD0)
- Silver Flare Metallic (GSJ)
- Cacti Green (GVR)
- Carbon Flash Metallic (GAR)
Addition of three exterior colors:
- Sebring Orange Tintcoat (G26)
- Competition Yellow Tintcoat Metallic (GBK)
- Hysteria Purple Metallic (GXL)

Ceramic Matrix Gray Metallic (deleted)

Hypersonic Gray Metallic (deleted)

Amplify Orange Tintcoat (deleted)

Accelerate Yellow Metallic (deleted)

Silver Flare Metallic (deleted)

Cacti Green (deleted)

Deletion of two indoor car covers:
- Gray fully rendered C8.R premium indoor car cover (LPO WL0) / Genuine Corvette Accessory
- Yellow fully rendered C8.R premium indoor car cover (LPO WKR) / Genuine Corvette Accessory
- This leaves only the following car cover as available:
  - Black premium indoor car cover with black crossed flags logo (LPO RWH) / Genuine Corvette Accessory

Two color accents renamed:
- Yellow stripes (DT0/DZU) change from Edge Yellow to Competition Yellow
- Yellow-painted calipers (J6E) change from Edge Yellow to Velocity Yellow

Interior

Addition of Habanero interior color (HUW/HUX), available on 3LZ with the GT2 or Competition Bucket seats
- HUW: includes Napa leather seating surfaces with perforated inserts
- HUX: includes Napa leather seating surfaces with perforated sueded microfiber inserts
Addition of Blue custom leather stitching (37S) on seats, instrument panel, doors and console
- Available only on 3LT trim level on either Coupe or Convertible
- Requires Jet Black interior (HTE / HTT)
1LZ and 2LZ now uses leather steering wheel airbag cover from the 3LZ
- For the 2024 model year, the 1LZ and 2LZ featured a hard-touch material on the airbag cover

Mechanical

Addition of Engine Bay Closeout Graphics as Genuine Corvette Accessory (LPO VUP)
- Available only on Coupe, not available on Convertible
- Includes C8 graphics on either side of the engine bay
Addition of Engine Specification Plaque as Genuine Corvette Accessory (LPO SL9)
- Included with Engine Appearance Package (B6P on Coupe, ZZ3 on Convertible)
- Available on both Coupe and Convertible
- Includes a plaque within the engine bay that contains the E-Ray script, engine displacement in liters, plus power and torque ratings (in horsepower and pound-feet of torque)
Addition of Rear Hatch Strut Bracket in Edge Red with Crossed Flags Logo (LPO SLK) / Genuine Corvette Accessory
- Available only on Coupe, not available on Convertible
Engine Lighting (D3V) is now included with Edge Red engine cover (BCP) and Sterling Silver-painted engine cover (BCS) on Coupe models and with the Coupe Engine Appearance Package (B6P)
- For the 2024 model year, Engine Lighting (D3V) was optional on Coupe models and was not included when the optional engine covers were selected
- For reference, the Coupe Engine Appearance package includes:

  - Engine Lighting (D3V)
  - Engine Specifications Plaque
