Changes, Updates, New Features

The 2024 Corvette Z06 sees a few minor changes, including the deletion of three existing exterior colors, the addition of three new exterior colors, the addition of one wheel option, and the addition of one interior colorway.

Production

Production of the 2024 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 began on October 2nd, 2023 at the GM Bowling Green plant in Kentucky – the only plant that builds the Corvette.

Platform

Like all Corvette C8 models and variants, the 2024 Corvette Z06 is based on the Y2 platform. Internally, the vehicles carry program codes Y2AC for the Convertible and Y2BC for the Coupe. All Corvette C8 models utilize the GM Global B electric architecture.

Seating

The 2024 C8 Z06 is offered in one seating configuration, seating two passengers across two bucket seats.

Beyond 2024

We expect that the C8 Corvette Z06 will remain in production for at least thru the 2028 model year. A mid-cycle refresh is expected for the 2025 model year (see more about the 2025 Corvette).
